The Vendor agrees to include the following items in the purchase price in accordance with the plans and specifications as registered with the lending institution. The Purchaser will be required to provide colour selections and requests for extras or changes in sufficient time to ensure that the construction is not affected (this will be coordinated by the Cornerstone representatives). All Quoted Allowances (Kitchen, Vanities, & Countertop Allowance, Flooring Allowance, Driveway Allowance, and Lighting Allowance) will be based on these Specifications in your quote, unless Cornerstone is specifically requested to quote otherwise. Final pricing may vary dependent on final choices of these materials chosen by the consumer prior to installation and construction.

Vinyl exterior on all window frames.
Windows, window grills & decorative lowers, as per plan.
Exterior steps are either precast concrete or wood unless specified otherwise.
Railings where required, are wood as per plans.
Decks are wood frame as per plan.
Minimum of one exterior weatherproof electrical outlet as per plans.
One exterior hose-bib as per plans.
Euro-Slate roof.
Insulated steel exterior entry doors c/w deadbolts and security striker plates on all exterior passage doors.
Exterior elevations as indicated on plans.
BATHROOM
Vanities have laminate countertops and mirrors,as per plan.
Medicine Cabinet in Main Baths as per plans.
White plumbing fixtures.
Master Bathroom Fixtures as per plan.
5' one-piece tub-shower combination, in secondary full baths as per plans.
Basins with double handle chrome Delta faucets.
Tub/Showers with single lever chrome pressure balanced valves c/w disconnects.
Electrical outlets in all bathrooms controlled by one G.F.I.
Exterior vented bath fan in all bathrooms.

Pre-finished white or maple flat panel or raised panel cabinet doors, layout as per plan.
Laminate countertop, as shown in display home.
Double stainless steel sink. Single Faucet with Pullout Spray.

All interior paint is high quality egg shell latex, Cornerstone standard off-white (primer plus two coats)
Knockdown texture ceilings throughout with the exception of closets, unless specified otherwise in plans.
Insulation- Exterior Walls RSI 3.5 (R-22). Roof ceilings RSI 6.0 (R-44). 
Insulation- Cantilevers and garage ceiling RSI 4.9 (R-28). Basement as per code RSI 1.4 (R-8). All ckrv 6 mil polyethylene.
Window types, sizes and locations, as per plan.
WC windows with wood liner.
interior hardware package is chrome.
Bi-fold and bypass closet doors are raised panel masonite, paint grade finish in Cornerstone white, as per plan.
Interior doors are raised panel masonite, paint grade finish in Cornerstone white.
Baseboards and casings are paint grade finish in Cornerstone white.
Capping on stub walls is paint grade in Cornerstone white.
Handrails are paint grade with chrome metal brackets.
Pre-wired for telephone outlets and TV outlets and multimedia outlets terminated as per plan.
All telephone/data outlets wired with CATSE and terminated with RJ45 jacks. All cable outlets wired with RG6.

All Kiln Dried Materials are wrapped with protective materials prior o shipping to site.
