The Vendor agrees to include the following
items in the purchase price in accordance with the plans and
specifications as registered with the lending institution. The
Purchaser will be required to provide colour selections and
requests for extras or changes in sufficient time to ensure that
the construction is not affected (this will be coordinated by the
Cornerstone representatives). All Quoted Allowances (Kitchen,
Vanities, & Countertop Allowance, Flooring Allowance, Driveway
Allowance, and Lighting Allowance) will be based on these
Specifications in your quote, unless Cornerstone is specifically
requested to quote otherwise. Final pricing may vary dependent on
final choices of these materials chosen by the consumer prior to
installation and construction.
